Koperasi Permodalan Melayu Negeri Johor Berhad (KPMNJ) was established in 1965. Co is registered on the 3rd. March 1966 under the Cooperative Societies Act, 1948. It was established on the initiative of some government officials are ethnic Malays led by Tan Sri Dato ‘Haji Basir bin Ismail who realize the importance of the Malay people involved in the economy to improve their living standards.
